In Grundy County our Agricultural roots run deep. With our rich farmland and lush grass we are a top producer in our region and one of the best agriculture counties in the state. With this in mind, Grundy County is the perfect location for agriculture-based business.
In Grundy County we have quality education. Our public schools offer small class size, dedicated teachers and good athletic programs. We are proud to say we are home to North Central Missouri College who was ranked the top 10 community college in the nation!
NCMDA is a 501-C-6 not-for-profit organization that is a county wide effort and offers a highly confidential – no cost service that works to recruit business, help existing companies expand, and empower community vitality. NCMDA is able to do this by the generous support of local investors, the City of Trenton and Grundy County.
Our public/private partnership approach to economic development is a team effort; which means listening to business, identifying needs, matching resources and following through to encourage investment, job creation and innovative business development.
